Part 3 of English for Work is an 8-week small-group coaching program, focused on developing professional English communication skills such as conflict resolution, negotiation and people management skills.
Participants have the advantage of gaining personalised feedback from their Coach and peers during practice simulations (one-to-one and in small groups), including performance reviews, conflict situations, and salary negotiations. Participants will follow our 'active learning' approach to gain practical experience managing these realistic situations, without the pressure of a live workplace setting.

Is the price for all three parts of the program?
No, the price indicated on this page is for Part 3 only.
Do I have to do all three? Can I just do one?
You can choose which parts of this program you complete, and in which order (i.e. you do not need to complete Part 1 first). Each part covers a specific area of workplace communication. There will be a separate application and enrolment process for each of the three parts.
Do I need a Hey Lady! community membership to enrol in this program?
Yes, you will need an active Hey Lady! Membership to enrol in our English For Work Program, as the small-group classes will be hosted inside our online platform and you will communicate with you Coach and classmates via the platform. Click here to learn about Hey Lady! Membership Plans.
When are the classes?
The Part 3 classes will run from 8th September-31st October 2025. There will be classes available in different timezones - they will be displayed on the bottom of this page when enrolments open in August. Your live classes (Working Groups & Simulated Practice sessions) will be held every week at the same day and time, for the duration of the 8-week program.
How many participants are in each class?
You can expect a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 other people in your class, but you will have opportunities to practise speaking in different contexts; smaller groups, one-to-one with other classmates, group simulated role play experiences and one-to-one asynchronous recordings with your coach for your phone call scenario.
What makes this program different from any other professional English program?
English For Work gives you step-by-step guidance, practical experience and invaluable Coach feedback, so you won’t be wondering if you sound right… You’ll know! At Hey Lady!, we provide simulated practice in a supportive environment, helping you to not only LEARN the language you need in different contexts, but to learn through the experience of DOING (& receiving feedback from your Coach)!
What technology do I need to join the classes?
You need an internet connection, a webcam and microphone. Your group classes will be held on the Hey Lady! platform, which includes a built-in video call software, so you will not need to download any apps to participate.
Do I need any specific professional experience to enrol?
No, you do not need any prior professional experience to enrol. If you use English at work - or you intend to in the future - this Program will be beneficial for you!
