English For Work Program

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy

If you cancel 7 or more days before the start of the program you can choose to reserve a place in a future English For Work Program at no additional cost or receive a 100% refund.

If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days) before the start of the program, you can choose to reserve a place in a future English For Work Program at no additional cost or receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel after the start of your program, no refund available.

Missed Classes Policy

The English for Work Program runs for 8 consecutive weeks. Please mark your class times in your calendar and attend each class.

If you miss a class, it is important to note:

1. We do not offer ‘make-up’ sessions, nor do we offer compensation for missed classes.

2. We may be able to provide you with a recording of the classes you miss, however, because the classes are practical and focus on your participation in small group discussions, it will not offer a complete substitute for you being there.

3. Your coach will send you the workbook or any materials from the class so that you can catch up on what you missed in your own time.
