Can I buy this today but start later?
Yes! It's flexible. We know how busy this time of year can be. You can enrol today before this offer ends. Start watching the lessons at your own pace. When you are ready to start your 3 month membership with Hey Lady! just follow the simple instructions inside the course.
What English level do I need?
The course and membership are entirely in English.
You will need minimum Intermediate (B1) level English or above. Inside Hey Lady! our members range from Intermediate (B1) through to Proficient (C2).
If you are a Beginner, we recommend you continue your studies until you reach Intermediate level before joining.
Can I do the course faster than 12 weeks?
Yes! You will have access to all the lessons together. Our coaches recommend you take one lesson per week but you can go faster if you want to! You can always come back to the lessons again to revise at any time. We want you to be successful, not overwhelmed. You're in control of your learning and practice schedule.
When are the classes? My time zone?
Yes! Inside Hey Lady! we have live conversation events happening 24/7, you can join as many as you like. Our Coach classes run on a regular schedule in every time zone, every week. You are free to join as many classes and conversations to practise speaking as much as you want!

Other Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after the 3 month membership?
After 3 months you can easily continue your membership by signing up for a Monthly or Yearly plan. Many Hey Lady! members have been with us for several years. If you don't want to continue, there is nothing you need to do and you will not be charged, your membership will simply expire.
How many participants are in each class?
Inside Hey Lady! we practice in groups and 1:1. No matter the number of participants in an event, we will always divide everyone into small groups of 3-4 to make sure everyone has the chance to participate and practise.
I've already done many courses, what makes this one different?
This course focuses on fluency development which requires regular speaking practice in real conversations. So you won't be simply watching videos, you'll actually have the chance to speak and join live classes with our coaches to get feedback and guidance on how to improve.
